初めて余市のぶどう畑を訪れたとき印象的だったのは、ブドウ樹や足元のクローバーを揺らす清々しい風でした。

そんな風の中頂いたワインの香りは、まわりとリンクしてとても印象深く残りました。

当店はそんな「薫風」を感じられるようなワインを楽しめる場所でありたいとOPENしました。

When I first visited the vineyards of Yoichi, I was deeply moved by the fresh breeze that rustled the vines and the clover beneath my feet.

The aroma of the wine I tasted in that breeze seemed to connect with the surroundings and left a lasting impression on me.

We opened our restaurant to create a place where people can enjoy wine while feeling that same “fragrant breeze.”

We look forward to sharing heartfelt wines from the local area—wines that honour the natural environment and the inherent strength of the land and grapes.
