季節限定OPEN!余市町内では古くから営業している一鱗新岡商店直営のうに専門店です。新鮮な【余市産うに】のみを思う存分味わっていただけます。

ご飯は米の名産地深川市のおぼろづきを使用、2段精米でより艶のある炊き上がりに。みそ汁には余市産ヘラガニ、お醤油は小豆島無農薬大豆から醸造された濃い口醤油をベースにとろみをつけ、うにの味を邪魔しないよう調合しております。

すべてにおいてこだわり抜いた余市のうに丼をぜひ!鮮魚店隣接です!

This is a sea urchin specialty store directly managed by Ichirin Nioka Shoten, which has been in business in Yoichi Town for a long time. You can enjoy only the freshest Yoichi sea urchin as much as you like.

The rice is made from Oborozuki rice from Fukagawa City, a famous rice production area, and is polished in two stages for a more lustrous finish. The miso soup is made with Yoichi spiny crab, and the soy sauce is thickened with a base of dark soy sauce brewed from pesticide-free soybeans from Shodoshima, so as not to interfere with the taste of the sea urchin.

We have taken great care in every aspect of the preparation of Yoichi’s sea urchin bowls! Located next to a fresh fish store!
