2017年に現在の場所へ移転して以来、私たちは単に地元の食材を使うだけでなく、
“この場所だからこそできること” に丁寧に向き合いながら、表現の幅を広げてきました。

既存のワインをそのまま提供するのではなく、この土地の個性を映し出し、私たちの空間と調和するようなワインのあり方を探求しています。

Since moving to our current location in 2017, we have expanded our focus beyond using local ingredients to thoughtfully exploring what is possible because of this place.

Rather than simply offering what is available, we seek to present wines that reflect the character of the region and complement the experience we aim to create here.
