These terms of use stipulate the matters that customers must comply
with when using this rental bicycle service.
When using this rental bicycle service,
you must comply with these terms.
① Tourist Association Office
When applying for a loan, please fill out the necessary information on the application and Please present proof of identity, such as a driver’s license, passport, health insurance card, Student ID, etc. Please note that we’ll make a copy of your ID. In addition, the representative applying for use must be a high school students or older.
Regarding personal information that we have obtained in connection with the use of this service.
The Tourism Association will separately stipulate (Personal Information Protection Policy)
② Use of Personal
Any personal information that the information center learns in connection with the use Of this service will be handled in accordance with the “Personal Information Protection Policy” separately established by the Tourist Association.
③ Usage fee (Tax Include)
Usage Period / ４hours – ￥1,500 / 1day – ￥2,500 / 1night 2days – ￥5,000
④ Terms of period
The rental period is from 9:30 to 17:00 on that day and for two-days rentals period is Until 17:00 the following day.
*If the item is not returned by the due date, a late fee of 500 yen per hour will be charged.
Furthermore, if we deem the situation to be malicious—such as failing to return the item well past the due date without prior notice—we may take measures such as filing a police report with the local police station.
⑤ Term of use
Please rent and return the equipment during business hours from 9:30 to 17:00.
We can rend one bicyle to one person at a time.
Children under elementary school age may not allowed to use the facility. (Height under 145cm)
If you are using the device over night, be sure to store the battery indoors at night.
Please cooperate as wearing a helmet is monatory.
⑥ Return location
Please return it to the place where you borrowed it.
*Please note that a separate fee will apply for pickups at locations other than the designated return point due to unavoidable circumstances.
⑦ Bicycle malfunction
If you experience any problems with your bicycle, such as a flat tire, please contact

Any damage to the bicycle caused by user will be repaired at the user’s expense.
⑧ Bicycle stolen loss
If your bicycle is stole or lost during the rental period, place contact Tourist Association Immediately and file in police repost.
If theft or loss occurs due to reasons attributable to the user, such as leaving the equipment unlocked, the user will be required to pay compensation in an amount designated by the Tourist Association.
⑨ Accident
The Tourist Association will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by users due to accidents, theft, etc. caused by third parties encountered during the period.
If you are involved an accident during your stay, you must immediately take legal action such as reporting the incident to the police, and report the date, time, location, cause and circumustances of accident to Tourist Association.
If you need to settle the accident, please do so at your own risk. Not with standing the preceding paragraph, if the Tourist Association suffers damage, including when it is forced to pay compensation to third party, it may claim compensation from the user.
⑩ Loss damage to keys or other equipment
If you lose or damage your bicycle key or other equipment, you will be required to pay specified amount.
⑪ Prohibitions
1) Drunk driving, reckless driving and other violations of traffic laws.
2) Use in dangerous or other inappropriate locations.
3) In a no-bicycle parking area and parking bicycles in places that obstruct the passage of pedestrians or bicycle.
4) Bicycle modifications
5) Continuing to drive if you notice any abnormal while driving.
6) Allowing anyone other than the user to use it.
7) Violating the Road Traffic Act

Please note that our Terms of Use, holidays, business hours, and service offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
⑬ Cancellation of use
Even if the bicycle is currently being rental, we will cancel the use and ask you to return the bicycle promptly.
In addition, if the Tourist Association or a third party suffers damage due to a violation of the Terms of Use the user may be required to pay compensation for the damage.
